Returns & Refunds
At DFIYE, we take pride in providing high-quality apparel, cups, backpacks, and accessories. We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before purchasing).
- Used or washed items (all items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition).
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective).
- Sale items (all discounted items are final sale).
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email us at dfiye@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If you are returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
