We want you to love your DFIYE order. Here’s how returns and refunds work.

Custom & Personalized Items

Most of what we make is custom or made to order. Because these items are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the design you approved. In those cases, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If Something’s Wrong

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we confirm it, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Non-Custom / Stock Items

Any non-personalized, stock items may be returned within 30 days if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Sizing & Exchanges

Please check our size details before ordering — we can’t accept returns for the wrong size on custom items. If you’re unsure, reach out before you buy and we’ll help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually adjust an order before production begins; once we’ve started making a custom item, it can’t be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
