Welcome to DFIYE. By using dfiye.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.
Our Products
We sell custom and printed apparel and goods. Because items are printed and often made to order, slight variations in color, placement, and fit can occur, and screen colors may differ slightly from the finished product. Please check our size information before ordering.
Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced or unavailable); if we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are made just for you. Please review your details, spelling, and design carefully before ordering — because these items are made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded except where they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was approved (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
Your Artwork
If you send us a photo, logo, or design for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it. You agree that DFIYE is not responsible for any copyright or trademark issues with artwork you provide, and you’ll cover any claims that result from it.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay). By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout.
Shipping & Pickup
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Local pickup is available for eligible items. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.
Intellectual Property
The DFIYE name, logo, designs, and site content are our property and may not be copied or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DFIYE is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
